In a tall glass filled with ice, melt a white sugar cube, pour 4.5cl of Bourbon Whiskey and 1 drop of angostura bitter. Decorate with an orange peel.
Pour J.Gasco Chinotto in a large wine glass with ice cubes. Serve with a lime zest cut into thin strips.

Smoke a tall tumbler, fill it with cubed ice and pour 4cl of Gin and 2cl of Red Vermouth. Mix in the glass with a stirrer. Top with J.Gasco Chinotto. Serve with a lemon peel and some raspberries.
