Place 1 tablespoon of cane sugar in a short tumbler, pour 1cl of White Vermouth, 2cl of Red Vermouth and 4cl of dark Rum. Mix and top with J.Gasco Cedrata. Flavor with orange bitters and serve with a grapefruit peel.
Pour J.Gasco Cedrata in a large wine glass with ice cubes. Serve with a lemon slice and a pink grapefruit peel.
In a large wine glass, delicately grind 7-8 leaves of fresh mint and 1 tablespoon of cane sugar. Add the fresh juice of half a lime, plenty of crushed ice and 5cl of white Rum. Stir in a circular manner and top with J.Gasco Cedrata. Garnish with small mint leaves.
