In a tall glass, grind half a lime (sliced), a lemon wedge, 1 cardamom seed and half a chili pepper. Add 5cl of dark Rum and mix carefully. Top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Decorate with an orange peel and 2 cardamom pods.
Pour J.Gasco Ginger Ale in a large wine glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with a slice of ginger and an orange peel.
In a tall tumbler, place a teaspoon of white sugar and 6cl of sparkling water. Mix thoroughly with a bar spoon and fill with cube dice. Add 6cl of white Rum and top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.
