Rum Cooler
In a tall tumbler, place a teaspoon of white sugar and 6cl of sparkling water. Mix thoroughly with a bar spoon and fill with cube dice. Add 6cl of white Rum and top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.
OUR TIPS
Pour J.Gasco Ginger Ale in a large wine glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with a slice of ginger and an orange peel.

In a tall glass, grind half a lime, a lemon wedge, 1 cardamom seed and half a chili pepper. Add 5cl of dark Rum and mix carefully. Top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Decorate with an orange peel and 2 cardamom pods.
