In a Tiki Mug, grind 2 wedges of red orange, a tablespoon of cane sugar and a slice of ginger. Pour 4cl of Rum and a few drops of Grapefruit Bitters. Mix with a swizzle stick and crushed ice. Top with J.Gasco Aperitivo Bitter.
Pour J.Gasco Aperitivo Bitter in a large wine glass with crushed ice. Serve with a carrot julienne and a small orange peel scalded with a match.
